1 - The shipping/delivery, unless different arrangements of the customer, will be organised by Pelle&Altro and carried out by vectors/couriers of confidence, the goods will travel with the risk borne by Pelle&Altro. In the case of different provisions dictated by the customer, in written form, the responsibility and the consequent risk arising from the use of vectors/couriers different from those trustees of Pelle&Altro, will fall totally borne by the customer.

2 - For a correct delivery of the goods required are invited to follow in detail the instructions indicated by Pelle&Altro, filling out the appropriate contact form, and providing the where required the appropriate information.

3 - The return of the goods is permitted only in the case of defects in workmanship and verifiable. The refund is also permitted in the case of a necessary change of size, and in any case before the article purchased is used for the first time. Terms 14 days.

4 - In the case of theft/loss and/or damage during delivery organized by Pelle&Altro, Pelle&Altro will send a new product equal. If, the product should be temporarily unavailable, propose a different product, but with features equivalent. The customer has the right to not accept this new product and require the issuance of credit note regarding the purchased product.

5 - In the case where the transport will be organised by the customer and entrusted to vector/courier from customer specified Pelle&Altro will not responsible for the loss/theft and/or damage to the product, from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at the point of established collection.

6 - The delivery times, (purely indicative) are about 7/10 working days (minimum)from the date of the confirmation of the order, and the same may be subject to variations due to force majeure, or act of the authorities. (Distance contract: the supplier has thirty days in which to perform the contract).

7 - The delivery, unless otherwise agreed with the customer in written form, will be generally in office hours, every day, except on public holidays, from monday to friday.

8 - In the event of delivery in place other than the address of the purchaser, the address at which you want to make the delivery on behalf of the customer, should be specified in a written form with the indication for the name, surname and address, accompanied by postcode and telephone number of a recipient of the goods in delivery.
